Examples of Recent Cases

- designed and led project to reengineer HR process for national organization.  Result was improved service delivery to 5000 employees, decreased organizational risk, and improved service to public.

- workplace assessment to diagnose performance deficit of a technical unit.  Provided recommendations to management including improved definition of roles and responsibilities, improved accountability system, and performance management.

examined performance differences between exemplary and non-exemplary performers in a specialized technical unit in order to improve unit performance.

- conducted community intervention to improve relationship between community and service organization

- conducted strategic planning sessions for boards of directors of non-profit agencies.  Result was concrete plans were created for use of funding received from provincial government.
